Send events to Make, Zapier or your own server
Use webhooks to start your own workflows when an order is paid, an appointment is booked or your assistant takes a lead.
Updated 24 Oct 2026
To send events to Make, Zapier or your own server, open Settings → Integrations, go to Automations and select Set up automations. Then select Add webhook, paste the address your tool gives you, and choose the events to send. Hapro then sends each event as it happens.
Connect Make
- In Make, create a scenario that starts with Webhooks → Custom webhook, and copy its address.
- In Hapro, select Add webhook, paste the address and choose the Events to send.
- Copy the signing secret shown. It is not shown again.
- Select Send a test, then build your scenario on the test data Make received.
Zapier works the same way with Webhooks by Zapier and a Catch Hook trigger.
Events you can send
You can send orders (placed, paid, cancelled), payments (failed, refunded), appointments (booked, moved, cancelled), new CRM leads, and anything your assistant reports or starts. Choose All events to include ones added later.
Workflows your assistant can start
A workflow is something you want to happen when it fits the conversation, like "Arrange a survey". Select Add workflow, give it a name, say When to use it in your own words, and list What to collect first. Your assistant starts it once the customer agrees, and your webhook receives what it collected.
Without a workflow that fits, your assistant can still pass on a lead, a quote request, a callback request, a complaint or feedback.
If a delivery fails
If your address does not answer, Hapro tries again over the next day. Select Deliveries on a webhook to see what was sent and what came back, and Send again to resend one. To stop sending for a while, select Pause.
For developers
Every request carries a CallCommerce-Signature header, in the form t=<time>,v1=<signature>. The signature is an HMAC-SHA256 of the time, a full stop and the raw body, made with your signing secret. Check it, and reject a time more than five minutes old.
