Connect Calendly for bookings
Let your assistant book your Calendly event types during calls and chats, and move or cancel them later.
Updated 24 Oct 2026
To take bookings in Calendly, connect it on the Calendly card in Settings → Integrations → Scheduling, then add your Calendly event types in Bookings → Appointment types. Booking through other apps needs a paid Calendly plan.
Connect with a token
You can connect with a personal access token from your own Calendly account:
- In Calendly, open Integrations & apps, then API and webhooks.
- Under Personal access tokens, select Generate new token and copy it.
- In Hapro, select Use a token on the Calendly card and paste it.
If Connect is shown on the card, you can sign in to Calendly instead of using a token.
Add your event types
- Open Bookings and go to Appointment types.
- Select Add appointment type and choose your Calendly calendar.
- Pick one of your Calendly event types. Its name and length come from Calendly.
- Save it.
What your assistant does
- Offers free times from Calendly, so your Calendly working hours and buffers apply as usual.
- Books the time the customer picks. Calendly needs the customer's email address, so the assistant asks for it. Calendly then sends its usual confirmation.
- Moves an appointment by booking the new time first and then cancelling the old one, so the customer is never left without one.
- Cancels an appointment when the customer asks.
If a booking is refused
If Calendly refuses bookings from the assistant, check your Calendly plan. Booking through the API is only available on paid plans.
