Check addresses with Google Maps

Let your assistant check a delivery or visit address on the call, answer delivery questions and find your nearest shop.

Updated 24 Oct 2026

To check addresses, select Switch on on the Google Maps card in Settings → Integrations → Address checks. There is nothing to sign up for: checks use Hapro's own Google Maps account and are included in your plan.

What your assistant does

  • Checks an address before using it. A misheard street name or a missing house number is caught while the customer is still on the call. If Google corrected something, the assistant reads the address back and asks the customer to confirm it.
  • Answers "do you deliver to …?" from a full address. Your own delivery areas decide whether you deliver, exactly as at checkout, and the assistant can say roughly how far the address is from your shop.
  • Finds your nearest shop from an address or postcode, for collection or a visit.

How many checks you get

Each plan includes a number of address checks a month. You can see how many you have used in Usage. When they run out, the assistant carries on and takes the address as the customer gives it, reading it back carefully.

Settings

Addresses are checked in the United Kingdom unless you change Country to check addresses in in the card's Settings.
