Change your plan

You can change your plan yourself at any time in Settings → Billing: choose the plan you want in the Manage card and select Change plan. Owners and administrators can make the change; other roles can see the bill but not change it.

Change plan

1. Open Settings → Billing.
2. In the Manage card, choose the plan you want.
3. Select Change plan.

You will see Plan change requested.

When the change takes effect

• Upgrades apply immediately. You get the bigger allowances at once, and you are charged the difference in price for the rest of the current period at the same time.
• Downgrades apply at the end of the period you have paid for. You keep your current plan until then.

Downgrading to a plan with fewer team member places never removes anybody from your team. You will not be able to add new team members until you are back within the new plan's allowance.

Comparing plans

The Plans card on the Billing page shows each plan's price and what it includes, and Allowances this period shows how much of your current allowances you have used. See Understand your usage and allowances.

If you have not paid yet

If your plan is waiting for payment, choose your plan under Manage and select Continue to payment to pay on Stripe's secure checkout page.
